Charles Koonce, owner and founder of Koonce Consulting and Testing is an AIAQC/IAQA certified Mold Consultant accredited by the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards(CESB), which requires extensive formal education and a minimum of 8 years on site investigative work in the field of indoor air quality.
Mr. Koonce is also a licensed, bonded and insured Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer and an Asbestos abatement Monitor. He is certified and registered by the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) as a Lead Base Paint Inspector/Assessor and certified and registered by the American Association of Radon Scientist and Technologist (AARST) as a Residential Radon Assessor and a California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) and EPA registered Energy Star Partner.
